Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-09-16
Plain-language summary
Meridian Quality Flooring is a referral website for flooring installer in Meridian, Idaho. It is operated by ActionNeuro LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We are not a contractor and we do not perform the work. When you call the number on this site, your call is forwarded to an independent local contractor and may be recorded. When you send the request form, the details you enter are sent to that contractor so they can contact you about your job.
We are paid by the contractor for connecting them with people who request service. That is the only reason your information is shared. We do not sell your information to data brokers, we do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not use advertising cookies.
The full policy below explains what is collected, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors to flooringmeridian.com, anyone who calls or texts (208) 764-4899, and anyone who submits a request through the form on this site. ActionNeuro LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, is responsible for the information described here.
Once a contractor is talking to you directly, that contractor is an independent business with its own privacy practices. This policy does not govern what the contractor does with your information after it receives your request.
What we collect
When you call or text (208) 764-4899:
- Your phone number and caller ID name, if available
- The date, time, and length of the call
- The number the call was forwarded to and whether it was answered
- A recording of the call, if recording is enabled
- A transcript and a short written summary made from the recording
- The content of any text messages you send
When you submit the request form:
- Your name, phone number, and the description of the work you type
- The page you submitted the form from
- Whether you checked the consent box, the exact consent wording shown to you at that moment, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser type, so there is a record of what you agreed to
The form on this site does not ask for an email address, a street address, or a ZIP code. Please do not put Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information in the form or in a voicemail. We do not want that information.
When you visit the site:
- Standard server logs recorded by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, and time
- Basic analytics about how the site is used, such as page views, scroll depth, and whether a visitor taps a call, text, or form button. Our analytics do not use cookies and do not build advertising profiles. The script is first-party and posts events to an analytics host we operate (analytics.marketunlock.com). It may store a random identifier in your browser's local storage so return visits can be counted. That identifier is not used for advertising.
- If you arrived from a search result or an ad, the referring page and any campaign or keyword information included in the link may be recorded with the page view
There is no account to create and no newsletter.
Call recording
Calls to (208) 764-4899 may be recorded for quality, dispute resolution, and record keeping. A notice plays before the call connects, so you can hang up if you prefer not to be recorded. Recordings are never made silently. A recording, transcript, or summary may be shared with the contractor your call was connected to so they know what you asked for, and may be used to confirm whether a call qualified as a valid service request under our agreement with that contractor.
How we use your information
- To connect your call or send your request to a local contractor who can help with the job you described
- To let that contractor call, text, or email you about that specific request
- To confirm that a request reached the contractor, whether it was answered, and to resolve billing disputes with the contractor
- To measure which pages and advertising campaigns lead to requests, so we can improve the site
- To detect spam, fraud, and abuse
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests
We do not use your information to build a marketing list, and we do not send you our own promotional calls, texts, or emails.
Who we share your information with
The contractor. Your call is connected to, and your form details are sent to, one independent local contractor who serves your area. The contractor that receives your request is identified when your call connects, and on request. The form names ActionNeuro LLC and "the independent local contractor it refers me to." It does not print the contractor's trade name on the page.
Service providers. We use vendors to operate the site and the phone line, including a telephony provider that carries and records calls, a transcription provider, an email or notification provider, a hosting provider, and an analytics provider. These vendors process information only on our behalf and only to provide their services. We name them by category so this page stays accurate when a vendor changes. The current vendor for any category is available on request.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our users, or others.
Business transfer. If ActionNeuro LLC or this website is sold or transferred, information may be transferred to the new owner, who will be bound by this policy for information collected under it.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or unrelated third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How this site makes money
Contractors pay ActionNeuro LLC for access to the service requests generated by this site. The contractor pays a flat monthly fee. ActionNeuro LLC is not paid per call, per job, or as a share of what you spend on the job, and the fee does not change the price a contractor quotes you. Because we are paid when your request is passed to a contractor, we want to be clear that passing your request along is the service you are asking for when you call or submit the form.
Text messages and consent to be contacted
By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree that ActionNeuro LLC and the independent local contractor it refers you to may contact you by phone call or text message about your request at the number you provided, which may include calls or texts sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can call the contractor directly instead of using the form.
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the contractor handling your request and with vendors that help deliver the messages.
How long we keep information
- Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries: kept for 90 days after the contractor relationship for this site ends, or 180 days from the call, whichever comes first. When a recording is deleted, its transcript and summary are deleted or redacted at the same time.
- Form submissions and consent records: kept for 4 years from submission, so we can show that consent was given if it is ever questioned.
- Call metadata (time, duration, answered or not): kept as a business and billing record for 4 years.
- Server logs and analytics: kept for a short rolling period set by our hosting and analytics providers and not combined with call or form records except to see which page led to a request.
Information subject to a legal hold is kept until the hold is released.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about your call or request
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your recording, transcript, summary, or form submission
- Stop any further sharing of your request with contractors
Send your request to contact@actionneuro.com. Include the phone number used, and the approximate date, so we can find the record. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm you control that phone number or email before acting. We respond within 30 days, unless a legal hold or a legal obligation requires us to keep the record.
Deleting information from our systems does not delete it from a contractor that already received it. To have a contractor delete your information, contact that contractor directly. We will tell you which contractor received your request if you ask.
We honor these requests for anyone, regardless of which state you live in. If you live in a state with its own consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights under that law, and we will respond to requests made under it. If we deny a request, you may reply to ask us to reconsider.
Browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how this site works, because it does not sell information or use advertising tracking.
No marketing texts or calls
A number that calls or texts this site is never added to a marketing list, never sent a promotional text message, and never called back for sales purposes by ActionNeuro LLC. If you text the number, the contractor may reply to that same conversation to arrange the estimate you asked about; that is a reply to your request, not marketing. Reply STOP at any time to end the conversation. Caller numbers are not shared with anyone other than the contractor the call was connected to and the vendors named above.
Security
Recordings and form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems. Recordings are available only through short-lived, signed links, and access is logged. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorization, but we keep the amount of information small and the time it is held short. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Idaho law and any other law that applies.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a home or property. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information or called the number, contact us and we will delete the record.
Links to other sites
This site may link to outside websites, such as a state licensing board, a contractor's own website, or a manufacturer. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change expands what we collect or who we share it with, we will note the change at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Changes apply to information collected after the new effective date.
This policy is effective from 2026-09-15.
